I like the taste of the bar. I’d say it could use a bit stability to hold the bar together. It wanted to break apart easily.
I was was hoping these would have a sweet mint flavor to them that is not so over powering. The mint tastes like a super strong peppermint. I like the texture but the mint is just like a strong peppermint extract taste.
Taste perfect, perfect texture. Perfect size. I can't wait to get another box!
As I’ve mentioned in my other reviews, I’m obsessed with these bars. I eat one every day and they are hands down the best protein bars. I had high hopes for the mint (normally my favorite flavor). The texture and macros are still perfect, but the flavor was a bit more of a fresh peppermint vs a sweet mint. The lemon merengue tastes so decadent I was expecting the mint to be more sweet. Still good! But wish it was slightly sweeter flavor
