The chocolate on the bars was very soft and close to melted. The cold pack was completely melted and did not work .
Hi Michelle. Thanks for your feedback! During warm weather, it's completely normal for the ice pack to arrive melted, that actually means it absorbed heat and helped keep your bars as cool as possible during transit.
Since the chocolate has softened, please place the bars in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes. The chocolate will firm back up, and you can enjoy them straight from the fridge or let them come back to room temperature if you prefer a softer texture.

Tasty, easy, wish they had a higher protein version…Im a big guy, fewer applications to hit my protein needs/wants would be nice.
